General Data Protection Regulation
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have several rights regarding your personal data. PostQueue is committed to respecting these rights and making it easy for you to exercise them.
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it. You can request a copy of your personal data at any time.
You have the right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. You can update most of your information directly in your account settings.
Also known as the “right to be forgotten,” you can request that we delete your personal data under certain circumstances. This includes when the data is no longer necessary for the original purpose or when you withdraw your consent.
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format, and to transmit that data to another service provider.
You can request that we limit how we use your personal data under certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or object to our use of it.
You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or when we rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis for processing.
You can exercise most of your GDPR rights through your PostQueue account:
We will respond to your GDPR requests within 30 days. If your request is complex or we receive multiple requests, we may extend this period by up to 60 days, and we will inform you of any such extension.
